Terms & Conditions

By making a reservation (online, phone, or email), you agree to these Terms & Conditions, which may be updated at any time. Guests are responsible for reviewing current policies. Campgrounds are not governed by the Landlord and Tenant Act.

Park Rules
All registered guests and visitors must follow posted rules and emergency procedures. Failure to comply may result in removal without refund.

Cancellation Policy

  • Monthly sites: No refunds

  • 14+ days: Full refund minus $25 fee

  • 3–13 days: 50% refund

  • Under 72 hours: No refund

  • Wildfire refunds only apply under official evacuation orders

Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
Sites must be left clean; damages or excessive waste may result in charges.

Payments & Fees
Full payment required at or before check-in. Rates include booking fees and GST. Late payments are subject to fees. Monthly stays require a refundable damage deposit and exclude power.

Liability
Guests assume all risks. The campground is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage.

Long-term guests must carry $1M liability insurance.

General Rules

  • Speed limit: 10 km/h

  • Max: 1 RV, 1 tent, 2 vehicles per site

  • Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM​

  • No ATVs/UTVs/snowmobiles

  • No illegal drugs or disruptive behavior

  • Campfires permitted only in approved pits (if no ban)

  • Follow proper waste, water, and site maintenance practices

Pet Policies

  • A refundable pet deposit of $50.00 is required for all monthly and seasonal stays with pets.

  • A maximum of 2 pets is permitted per site. Additional pets are subject to a fee of $2 per pet, per day.

  • We welcome well-behaved pets. Owners are fully responsible for their pets at all times.

  • Pets must be on a leash and never left unattended outside or in vehicles.

  • Clean-Up: Owners must clean up after their pets immediately. A fee may apply for any waste left behind.

  • Behavior: Aggressive, excessive barking, or disruptive pets are not permitted. Management reserves the right to require removal of any pet at any time. This is for the safety of your pet as well.

  • Restricted Areas: Pets are not allowed in buildings, playgrounds or food areas.

  • Vaccinations & Liability: All pets must be up to date on vaccinations. Owners assume full liability for any injury or damage caused by their pet.

Additional Policies

  • Maximum of 2 adults and 3 children (under 16) per site for monthly and long-term stays. Additional adults are subject to a fee of $2 per pet, per day.

  • No electric heaters (power limits)

  • Generators: 10:00am-8:00pm (discuss medical concerns with management)

  • Children must be supervised

  • No smoking/vaping in buildings

  • Packages accepted ($2 fee); no letter mail

Force Majeure
We are not responsible for disruptions caused by events beyond our control.

By staying with us, you accept full responsibility for yourself and your guests and agree to follow all campground rules.

 

All reservations include a booking fee, GST, and are subject to change. Late fees: $20/day or ejection from Mannville RV Park. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and e-Transfers to pgmannvillerv@outlook.com We look forward to your visit!
